Icy January, salty January

26 JANUARY 2014
COLD JANUARY - It continues. Icy fields not melting. Roads whitened with salt, thirsty for rain. People staying inside, streets quiet.
But mostly ice. Today's sunset reflected here and there. It drew me to the marsh. Nature's beauty never fails me.
Becky said everyone has ice pictures. Me too. Here you go.
And another cold week coming. Sometimes it's cold weeks like this at the end of January that set us up for a blizzard in February. We'll see.
