Cape Henlopen High School freshmen Stacy King and Mandi Fisher, who have been dancing together since they were 2 years old, spent Jan. 3-5  in Atlantic City, N.J., at a dance convention with the Dance Pulse Tour despite winter weather and states of emergency on both sides of the Delaware Bay.

The girls took the floor with the best of the best and learned new dance moves from nationally acclaimed choreographers and instructors who can be seen on the sets of " X-Factor," "America's Got Talent," "American Idol," "Glee," "So You Think You Can Dance" and videos featuring Beyonce, Talyor Swift, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Pink, Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber, to name a few.

Stacy and Mandi are dancers at the Delaware Stage School in Rehoboth, and Stacy is also a dancer on the Cape Henlopen Dance Team. The two girls will be performing a dance duet together as well as solos and group dancing at the Delaware Stage School Dance Recital to be presented in June at Cape Henlopen High School.
