Sarah Ross reads a question to the contestants while the fourth- and fifth-grade students support their classmates. BY DENY HOWETH
Weather and school delays postponed the Rehoboth Beach Elementary Geography Bee until Jan. 23. Sarah Ross mediated the fourth graders with questions about geography. Lacey Neefe Knutsen was the winner in this round. She took a written test the same afternoon and waits for the results to see if she can continue to the state Geography Bee, at University of Delaware, Apr. 4.
