Hope Rehoboth snow removal improves

January 31, 2014

Spending the weekend at the beach, as we have for over 30 years, I could not understand why some of the downtown Rehoboth Avenue sidewalks were not cleaned off and the crosswalks were not even cleaned up over the medians in the first two blocks.

Several days after the snow, in a town dependent on visitor foot traffic, someone must be responsible for this. I hope the cleanup from today's snow goes better.

Editor's note: Our reporters inform us snow removal was much more efficient this week.
