IF SHE CAN DO IT, SO CAN I

When I learned that Bill Clinton had reversed his heart disease and lost a significant amount of weight through Plant-Based Eating, I said to myself, “If he can do it, so can I.”  And so I did.  I read the books he read and consulted one of the doctors he relied on.  I read, I studied, I changed my diet and here I am writing a blog about this amazing journey to restored health and vitality.

I invite you to join me in this on-going journey to wellness.  I’ll share with you the resources I turn to, the fabulous Plant-Based food I eat, the committed people I meet, the extraordinary impact of diet on health, the self-serving thrust of current medical and nutritional practices, the alarming atrocities occurring on factory farms and the mind-boggling connections between our food choices and global climate change.

In short, I’ll lead you to everything you need to make dietary change for improving personal and global health.  Perhaps somewhere along the way you will say, “If she can do it, so can I.”
