Bayside Sales & Information Center to open Feb. 13

February 4, 2014

The Carl M. Freeman Companies, developers of Bayside, will officially open a new community Sales & Information Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce at 4 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 13. The Cove Bar & Grille will provide light catering for the event.

The Sales & Information Center at 31254 Americana Parkway is open to the public 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week and is filled with information about the community along with information on the new villas, townhomes and single-family homes being offered for sale by NVHomes and Schell Brothers along with custom homes by Echelon Custom Homes and Marnie Custom Homes.

“If you want a detailed and beautiful visual overview of the Bayside community, then you’ll want to stop by the new sales and information center. Our interactive experience uses the latest technology available and is unlike anything you’ll see at the beach,” said Eileen Walling, the center’s manager.

Located four miles west of the Atlantic Ocean beaches of Fenwick Island, award-winning Bayside encompasses nearly 1,000 acres along Assawoman Bay and features world-class amenities including Delaware’s first Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three pools, tennis center with year-round courts, indoor fitness center, miles of jogging trails, fishing pier, pavilion and beach, stocked ponds, a beach shuttle and the renowned Freeman Stage, which hosts summer events ranging from children’s theater to Grammy award-winning artists.

Currently, NVHomes has townhomes and villas starting in the low $300s and single-family homes from the upper $300s. Schell Brothers has villas starting in the low $400s and single-family homes starting in the high $400s. In addition, Echelon Custom Homes and Marnie Custom Homes are building one-of-a-kind homes on select lots throughout the community.
