Lewes public hearing slated for Feb. 13
Lewes Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 13, at city hall. The city is considering placing a moratorium on new applications for special exceptions in the marine commercial district. Two townhouse projects are in the pipeline on Savannah Road. A moratorium would provide council adequate time to reevaluate the need for special exceptions.
