Cackalacky® Spiced Pimento Cheese

Ingredients:

• 12ozs white extra sharp cheddar
• 5-6ozs of orange/yellow sharp cheddar
• 2-3oz Parmigiano-Reggiano
• 2 oz Asiago
• 12 oz pimento with liquid
• 1/4c sugar
• 1Tbsp crushed black pepper
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/3 Cup Cackalacky Spice Sauce (Click To BUY)
• 1 Cup Duke's mayonnaise

Directions:

Using an electric mixer, beat ingredients until well blended.  This recipe can be used as a dip, spread, or as a sandwich filling.
