Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes Adam Gaull!

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Adam Gaull to the firm’s Seaford Branch.

Adam is a Delaware native who was born, raised and still resides in Laurel, Delaware with his wife and three children.

Licensed in Delaware since 2005, Adam recently joined Coldwell Banker Resort Realty and looks forward to supporting his buyers and sellers with the tools and technology the Coldwell Banker brand has to offer. Adam has just completed his Delaware Broker’s class and final exam. He will be licensed as an Associate Broker in April. Adam is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Adam has handled many residential transactions involving homes, unimproved land and farms. He specializes in residential new construction.
