ACA Enroll-a-Thon events to take place March 20, 25 and 27

Three Get Covered! Affordable Care Act Enroll-a-Thon events will take place in the Cape Region to help Delawareans who are uninsured or underinsured in the final days of enrollment. Delaware's certified and bilingual marketplace guides will be available to help navigate the Health Insurance Marketplace website and enroll in a plan before the March 31 deadline to receive coverage in 2014. There will also be an activity provided for children, and light refreshments.

The first ACA Enroll-aThon will take place from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 20, at Richard A. Shields Elementary School, 910 Shields Ave. in Lewes. The second event is 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, at Milton Elementary School, 512 Federal St. in Milton; the third is 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 27, at Milford High School, Room 411, 1019 North Walnut St. in Milford.

Participants need to bring the following with them to the session: Social Security numbers of those applying for coverage; pay stubs, W-2 forms, or other information about family income; policy/member numbers for any current health coverage; and information about any health coverage from a job that is available to the individual or family.
