Seaside Jewish Community to host Bingo and Brownies March 29

March 20, 2014

Seaside Jewish Community will sponsor its 10th annual Bingo and Brownies Saturday, March 29. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and bingo games begin promptly at 7.

This year the fundraising event moves to a new and larger location at Indy Hall in the Independence Community, 23767 Samuel Adams Circle, Millsboro.

An entry fee of $12 for Seaside members and $15 for nonmembers includes three bingo boards for 20 games, a bingo blotter and all-you-can-eat brownies and table snacks. Local merchants have contributed prizes for each game and numerous door prizes.

“This event offers everyone a chance to break out of the winter doldrums and have a great time, while contributing to a good cause,” says Susan Morissette, event chair. “Our comedic bingo caller, games, and fabulous prizes from Seaside members and local merchants make this a night of fun and laughter every year. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, so come out, have fun and win some prizes.”

To volunteer or for more information and directions, contact Morissette at 302-519-0341 or susanmorissette@yahoo.com.

Seaside Jewish Community supports and fosters Jewish identity by sponsoring religious, cultural, social and educational activities for its members.
