Beebe Healthcare celebrates its physicians on National Doctors' Day

Beebe Healthcare celebrated its physicians March 20 at the Medical Center in Lewes. Beebe has more than 200 physicians in more than 40 specialties serving patients throughout Sussex County.

Administrators invited the community to join them in thanking doctors for their dedication, service and faithful commitment to keeping the community well on National Doctors’ Day 2014, which was officially celebrated March 30.

“On this Doctors’ Day in 2014, all of us at Beebe Healthcare want to recognize our doctors for their efforts to serve our community, care for their patients, and help to lead our care teams in an often challenging healthcare environment,” said Jeffrey M. Fried, FACHE, president and CEO of Beebe Healthcare.

“We recognize that the successes our organization has achieved over the years, beginning with Drs. James and Richard Beebe, would not be possible without the involvement, the dedication, and the support of our doctors.”
