T-Rev's Stiff Willi Chili with Beans

T-Rev’s Original Chili Spice Mix


2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 small green pepper, diced

1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck

1 (14-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes

1 (29 oz.) can crushed tomatoes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 (15-16 oz.) can pinto beans

1 (15-16 oz) can black beans

1/2 cup (half-bottle) T-Rev’s Original Chili Spice Mix

salt to taste




1. Add oil to a large potand cook onion and pepper on low heat until soft.

2. Brown beef in same pot and add tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, garlic, beans (rinse, drain) and T-Rev’s Original Chili Spice Mix

3. Simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
