Marilyn Nugent to teach beadmaking in Milton

Lewes artist Marilyn Nugent will offer glass beadmaking classes at The Studios on Walnut in Milton Wednesday and Thursday, April 16-17 and Thursday and Friday, June 19-20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The cost of the class is $160 and includes all supplies.

Nugent has been making glass beads for more than 25 years and teaching in Delmarva and D.C. for 20 years.

Students will have fun as they learn how to shape and decorate beadswith dots, stringers and twisties.  Basic requirements are the ability to concentrate and good eye-hand coordination.

The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate-level bead makers.  Students with prior experience  will  be provided  individual  attention  to  meet  challenges they bring to class.
