360 Mortgage Group opens Rehoboth branch for reverse mortgage division

360 Mortgage Group LLC 360 Mortgage Group, a privately owned mortgage banker with a primary focus on third-party origination, announced it has opened a new Delaware branch that will focus on reverse mortgage loans. This new branch is currently licensed to do business in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

In conjunction with the opening of the new branch, Jan Tabaka (NMLS #195911) has been named branch manager for the new Delaware office, located at 360 Mortgage Group LLC, 5 Caspian Way, Rehoboth Beach.

Tabaka assumes her new role with over 25 years of mortgage experience, with over five years specifically focused on reverse mortgages.

As the popularity of reverse mortgages continues to grow for homeowners over the age of 62, it is becoming more evident that seniors want to remain in their homes throughout their retirement years. These programs, regulated by the Federal Housing Authority, help give seniors access to additional cash from the equity locked in their homes, without having the burden of taking on additional monthly mortgage payments through other loan product types.
