The fourth annual Treasure Festival is scheduled for 8 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, April 12. The festival will boast a lot at the Rusty Rudder with over 25 vendors. Jimmy’s Grille will provide free coffee and some breakfast goodies as people come out to search for treasures from the vendors.
Spearheaded by Kelly Ranieri and presented by the Dewey Business Partnership, the Treasure Festival is part of the partnership’s promotion of the town and helps tbring people out to enjoy multiple weekend events.
“We promote a positive environment in Dewey Beach, and we’re committed to providing family-friendly events. It’s going to be a great day in Dewey - there is the Brewfest and the Chili Cook Off. I hope it’s going to kick off a great weekend,” says Ranieri.
The town will participate by hosting yard sales throughout the town marked by signs and balloons. Ranieri says those who love yard sales will love the Treasure Festival, and in fact, many enthusiasts show up extra early to take advantage of being first in line.
Parking and admission for the Treasure Festival are free.
