Capstone Homes releases Pinnacle Collection of Delaware

April 9, 2014

There’s a new name in upscale new homes at the Delaware beaches. Capstone Homes, a Lewes-based builder of new homes throughout the Cape Region, has released the Pinnacle Collection of Delaware new homes.

“The market for new homes in the Cape Region is strong. Buyers here want choices, and the Pinnacle Collection gives them what they want,” says Scott Dailey, managing partner of Capstone Homes.

The Pinnacle Collection features larger floor plans with more luxury features. The floor plans start at around 1,900 square feet and can be expanded to over 6,000 square feet with options.

The Pinnacle Collection focuses on two main home exterior styles, a Craftsman-style home and a Coastal elevation. Capstone’s approach to the Pinnacle Collection is different from that of other luxury builders. “We started as a value builder of new homes,” says Dailey, “so our focus is not on the buyer’s experience or on some emotion. The Pinnacle Collection is about providing better features for the same money. If you want a great house, give us a call.”

Dailey says other large, locally based new home builders provide quality homes, but the Pinnacle Collection is still a better value. “Our overhead is lower, so we are able to have a higher level of standard features. It’s up to you to decide how to spend your money,” says Dailey.

Capstone Homes is one of the fastest-growing Delaware builders at the Delaware beaches. Capstone believes its approach to Delaware new home building is unlike anything else in the area.

“If you are going through the new home building process, you should be able to get what you want. People don’t want a used home; they want something new. The new home should fit the lifestyle - not the builder’s program,” Dailey explains.

Capstone is also different in its approach to green building and energy savings. Capstone Homes factors the cost of energy into the designs of its new homes. Capstone focuses less on certifications and promises. Capstone Homes focuses on cost. Capstone’s building program is called EnergySmart. EnergySmart is designed for people who want a high-performance home that has low cost of ownership. Dailey says a Capstone Home will cost less to own and less to operate for years to come.

“We don’t use 'builder grade' heating and air equipment. We use Bryant and Carrier. They are better than other brands used by local builders. This makes Capstone a better value.”  Luxury maple cabinets with granite countertops are also standard in most communities.

Dailey says Capstone’s floor plans are a starting point. From there, Capstone will work with future homeowners to design the new home that suits the lifestyle of the homeowner. Capstone also builds custom homes and homes on any lot in Kent or Sussex counties.

New homes in the Pinnacle Collection start in the low $200s on the property. Dailey says Capstone can work with customers to help find a lot if they don't have one. For more information, call Capstone Homes at 302-684-4480 or go to www.capstone-homes.com/pinnacle.
