Gallery One announces two-day Plein Air Tune-Up May 17 and 18

Kirk McBride with conduct a Plein Air Tune-Up from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, May 17 and 18, at Galley One in Ocean View. He will demonstrate how to organize oneself and what painting gear is useful, and will explain a thought process to make plein air painting a more enjoyable and successful experience.

The class will paint outdoors in nearby areas. Some plein air painting experience is preferred but not necessary. The fee is $160.  McBride has painted in Paint Annapolis, Paint Easton and the Laguna Beach Plein Air Invitational and is an elected Artist member of the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association.
