Salon LaRoc & Oxygen Bar relocates to Cultured Pearl Shopping Mall

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 10 for Salon LaRoc & Oxygen Bar. Members of the Chamber’s Meet & Greet Committee were present to help Salon LaRoc celebrate its relocation.

Celebrated hair style emporium Salon LaRoc, and its companion service, the Oxygen Bar at Salon LaRoc, have relocated to the Cultured Pearl Shopping Mall at 301 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. They are in Unit F, just past the Cultured Pearl liquor store.

Owner Peter DiRocca said, “We are excited that in the larger space the Cultured Pearl Mall location offers, Salon LaRoc can offer our customers even better services. We also like the idea of being in the kind of eclectic community of services that the Cultured Pearl and the other shops in that boutique mall offer local residents and visitors alike.”

Salon LaRoc was previously in a standalone storefront across the street at 310 Rehoboth Ave., next to the Crosswinds Motel.

DiRocca and his existing staff, co-owner Lauren Lewandowski, nail technician Heather Marowkski, and receptionist Tiffany Rauber will be joined by three additional stylists formerly at Head Mechanics - John Mathues, Jeremy Ray and Stacey Williams.

“I am delighted to bring in these three stylists to add to and complement the great work of the existing staff, and know that our current and future customers will be appreciating the high-quality work that they have always received from Salon LaRoc,” DiRocca said.

In addition to the hair styling at Salon LaRoc, the Oxygen Bar at Salon LaRoc offers a popular non-medical service that provides concentrated oxygen to reduce stress, increase energy, and lessen the effects of hangovers and headaches.

DiRocca said, “Customers do not need advance appointments at the Oxygen Bar at Salon LaRoc. Just stop in at our new location, pick a scented aroma if you choose, and 15 minutes later, you will leave our shop feeling rejuvenated and refreshed to enhance your beach experiences."
