Local photographers Ron MacArthur, Deny Howeth, Carol Thomas and Barb Moulinier and Red Moulinier combine talents to fill the wall of The Kitchen at Paynter's Mill, owned by Lisa and Chef Ray Richardson, who support the local art scene. The restaurant on Route 88 just off Route 1, is open Wednesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.

The opening reception will take place from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 19. The  show will run through May 28 with 10 percent of photo sales benefiting the nonprofit agency Children and Families First of Sussex County.

Ron MacArthur, a Sussex County native and Cape Gazette photojournalist, has been taking photographs for more than half of his life. What started out as a high school hobby has grown into a passion.
