Bonnie Osler is good for Lewes

May 3, 2014

As recent full-time residents of Lewes, we were fortunate enough to have been invited to a meet and greet where we met Bonnie Osler. Not having any prejudged idea about Bonnie, we were pleasantly surprised to have listened to someone who understood the fiscal situation of Lewes and the decisions that need to be made about our future. We are going to support Bonnie, as we feel she has an understanding of the challenges facing Lewes today.

During the meet and greet, Bonnie encouraged those who were present to express the issues most important to them. The open dialogue between her and participants proved to be enlightening. She is actively involved to solve problems for Lewes’ present and future endeavors.

She shared her experiences working on the city council for two years, and has a great grasp of how the Lewes community functions. After listening to her desire to hire a professional consulting firm to help with city planning, it seemed reasonable and well thought out. She doesn’t jump into things. She listens, suggests and understands the intricacies before making rash decisions. Bonnie certainly has our vote, and we hope other Lewes residents will vote for her too.
