TCF Lighthouse Chapter meeting May 8: Making Mother’s Day a special remembrance
The Lighthouse Chapter of The Compassionate Friends will meet Thursday, May 8, in the Branford Lounge at Epworth United Methodist Church at 7 p.m.
The topic of the evening will focus on Mother’s Day and the ways bereaved parents and especially Mothers manage grief and how others can find positive feelings in remembering their children on special traditional days such as Mother’s Day.
The TCF Lighthouse Chapter Memory Table will be set up and participants are encouraged to bring a photo of one's child to display and discuss.
