Cadbury names Sharone Winstead Star of the Quarter

Cadbury at Lewes has announced that Sharone Winstead is the Star of the Quarter for the period from April through June 2014.

The Star of the Quarter Award started in July 2011 and is based on an employee’s job performance, quality, attitude, leadership skills and attendance. Winstead has been employed by Cadbury at Lewes since 2007 in the housekeeping department and has shown tremendous perseverance and dedication. She has a way of drawing a smile from the grumpiest and making everyone around her feel like a million dollars. Her work is stellar, not only her cleaning skills but also her manner with the residents.

One resident said, “Shar’s ethical standards are the highest, and she is totally trustworthy and professional in every way.” Winstead provides a terrific role model for the department and the entire community, staff and residents and has an ability to hold others accountable in a respectful way. Winstead is an active member of Cadbury's Continuing Care Committee and is committed to Cadbury’s future.
