Coldwell Banker Resort Realty named No. 1 company

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has received corporate accolades from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. Resort Realty, in business over 35 years, has just been recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s longest-running franchisees having first affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand in 1983.

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has been named the No. 1 company in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2013 for the State of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. The Rehoboth branch has been named No. 1 office and Skip Faust has been named No. 1 agent for his 18th year.

Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986. He is a Lewes native and actively involved as a coach and mentor in Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.

Also, Faust, along with Lee Johnson, was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, distinguishing them within the top 3 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Johnson has been in sales since 1998; he earned his real estate license in 2001 and his associate broker’s license in 2006.

Receiving the International Diamond Society Designation for their achievements in 2013 were Beth Dorman and Rick Bennett. This places them among the top 11 percent of all sales associates worldwide. Dorman, a Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, and Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, has been licensed since 1999. Bennett has been licensed since 1995. He is the broker of record and manager of the Seaford branch.

Receiving the International Sterling Society designation for their achievements in 2013 were Linda Book, Dana Caplan, Patti Haney and Terri Favata. This places them among the top 16 percent of all sales associates worldwide.
