Insight Homes to host open house events May 24 and 25

Builder will pay five years' worth of utility bills for home buyers
May 21, 2014

Rob Lisle, owner and founder of Insight Homes in Bridgeville, offers to pay the utility bill for five years for anyone who purchases an Insight Home Saturday and Sunday, May 24 and 25. In addition, anyone who brings his or her highest bill to an Insight Homes open house by May 25 can enter a contest to pay that utility bill.

Insight Homes has completely re-engineered the home building process, producing a home that is in the top 1 percent of energy efficiency in the nation. In fact, the average utility bill of an Insight Home is under $100.

Insight Homes will host an open house at all seven of its model homes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 24. Attendees are invited to bring a printout of their highest utility bill - electric, gas or propane - to enter a drawing to win that amount. Models will be open in Dagsboro, Frankford, Lewes, Millsboro, Milton, Ocean View, and Rehoboth.
