Hi everyone! Lets start at the beginning. Go through the inside of your house with a critical eye. Ask yourself if you see a questionable area. "Would you buy this house with this ______? I not, take the necessary steps to fix the problem. Next, go through the house and ask yourself, "Do I want to take the time and money to pack and move this? If not, donate or discard. Next, go to your front entrance. Ask yourself, "Is this the best first impression of my home?" If not, replace door knobs, light fixtures and door mats. Paint the front door. Add bright friendly plants if possible. Now does the front door say, "Welcome to this great home?"
