Heritage Shores sets groundbreaking June 5 for major enhancement project

May 27, 2014

Brookfield Residential, developer of Heritage Shores, has announced the approval and dedication of Phase III of its active adult, golf course community located in Bridgeville.

Named Eagle Springs at Heritage Shores, Phase III will include a new fitness and aquatic center, bocce and pickle ball courts, new parks and performance lawn with waterside dining, and a market house with seasonal favorites.

Heritage Shores, consistently named one of the top 50 master planned communities in the country by Where To Retire Magazine, already boasts an award-winning Arthur Hills 18-hole golf course and spectacular clubhouse featuring Passwaters Restaurant.

“This all means significantly more choices for our residents," said Dorothy Harper, vice president of Brookfield Residential. “More choices for food and entertainment, more choices for recreational and sporting activities, and more home style choices."

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 5, next to the tennis courts.
