There must be some sort of regulations in Sussex County regarding hours of operations and noise and pollution levels?
Atlantic Concrete on Orchard Road off Savannah Road is a concrete-making complex. Busy, busy, busy with all the growth here in Sussex County - but starting at 5 a.m. and running trucks until 2 a.m.? It seems there should be some sort of regulation regarding, particularly, hours of operation.
Please someone research this and find a solution that is profitable for all.
