Students from Cape Henlopen High School graduated from the "Now We're Cooking" culinary training program from First State Community Action in Georgetown May 21. The nine students, under the direction of Chef Gary Papp, learned the basic skills of cooking in a full commercial kitchen. Topics covered were manners, respect, safety and selecting fresh ingredients on sale. The graduates served a meal to parents, school administrators and staff at the graduation ceremony.
