Elks 2540 awards $5200 scholarship to Cape's Tiara Duffy

Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge 2540 recently awarded Tiara Duffy, senior at Cape Henlopen High School, a $5,200 scholarship. An honor student, Duffy ranks in the top 10 of her graduating class.
Duffy was recently chosen as Cape's female Athlete of the Year. She will attend University of South Carolina in the fall of 2014.
