Brandon Michael Robertson, maintenance engineer

Brandon Michael Robertson, 21 of Milton, passed away suddenly in an automobile accident Thursday, May 29, 2014. He was born April 16, 1993, in Lewes, son of Timothy M. Robertson Sr. and Shawn E. (nee Filippi) Robertson of Milton.

Brandon was a 2011 graduate of Sussex Central High School. He was currently employed at the Brighton Suites in Rehoboth Beach as a maintenance engineer. His hobbies included the enjoyment of being around race cars and driving them; watching NASCAR where his favorite driver was Tony Stewart No. 14, motorcycles, fishing, mudding, and being a member of the FFA and anything farm/agriculture related. Brandon was always selfless and helped many family, friends and acquaintances throughout life.

In addition to his parents he is survived by three sisters, Ellen Edwards and husband Jay, Kristen Robertson, Lori Dailey and husband Brent; two brothers Timothy Robertson Jr. and Jonathan Robertson and wife Sonya; five aunts, Jennifer Layfield and husband Doug, Beth Birney and husband John, Sonya Lloyd and husband Donnie who recently passed, Peggy Higgins and Laurel Fisher; two uncles Mark DeVincentis and wife Laurie and Joseph DeVincentis; nieces and nephews, Angel, Ali, Brooke, and Nicholas; his adopted grandfather Harry Kendall and many cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Brandon’s Life will be held Thursday, June 5, at 6 p.m., at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may call one hour prior to services.

Flowers and any contributions for Brandon's ceremony and services will be graciously accepted.
