No More spot zoning in Sussex

June 12, 2014

Here we go again - Sussex County trying to change zoned areas, planning for rural concerts. The 500-plus acres is zoned AR-1, agricultural-residential land. This land is not for any type of commercial use. Families purchase land in AR-1 zones so they can live in peace and quiet, not noise and high traffic.

Sussex County needs to stop spot zoning changes for special uses and people. Sussex County needs to follow their own land use rules. Stop all the hodgepodge zoning.
