Millville By The Sea announces Model Home Court grand opening June 14
Millville By The Sea announced that the grand opening of its new Model Home Court will take place Saturday, June 14. The new Model Court will feature four professionally decorated models to tour from two distinct builders at this growing beach resort community in Millville.
“The excitement continues this season at Millville By The Sea with the opening of our Model Home Court,” said Chuck Ellison, project manager and VP of Miller & Smith. “We recently opened our wonderful amenity complex in April and now have beautiful, all-new model homes to showcase within walking distance.”
The four newly designed single-family home models offered by builders Miller & Smith and The Christopher Companies are priced from the mid-$200,000s.
The Christopher Companies will offer their popular cottage-style homes and single-family homes in the Sand Dollar Village neighborhood.
