Wish List

Hi everyone! Do you know what you want in your next home? Great! Make a list of everything you want in your home.  Now, ask your Realtor " Can I get the items on my wish list within my budget? If not, go back to the list and make a " must have list". Ask your Realtor if that list is possible within your budget. If not, raise the budget or re-evaluate your list. Keep in mind that market conditions have changed dramatically, and prices have gone up in the past few years. This exercise will not only help you and your Realtor focus on the right home at the right price, but it will help you focus on the type of financing that is right for you.
