'Rest of the Best' EYECONS opens in Rehoboth Beach July 5

July 2, 2014

Those who saw EYECONS in 2013 and missed out on some all-time favorites can grab a ticket this year as Christopher Peterson brings "The Rest of the Best" to Rehoboth Beach at 10 p.m., Saturday, July 5, and 9 p.m., Sunday, July 6, at Clear Space Theatre. The show runs through to Labor Day.

The show is all live, no lip-sync, with parodies of Lucille Ball, whom Peterson portrayed next to Cuba Gooding Jr. in the hit movie "Rat Race"; Reba McEntire; Barbra Streisand; Cher; Bette Davis; Liza Minnelli and a little ditty from last year’s "La Cage aux Folles." He transforms himself from icon to icon right in front of patrons' eyes aided by his magic closet on stage (yes, he is out of the closet for this show). This is a show not to be missed, one the whole family can enjoy.

Audiences can also catch Peterson as Brother Boy in this summer’s hit show "Sordid Lives." For tickets and information call 302-227-2270, go to www.ClearSpaceTheatre.org or just go to the theater at 20 Baltimore Ave., grab a ticket and a drink, and sit back and watch a sizzling show.
