MULBERRY PICKING

Mulberries are ripe and ready for picking!  I found 3 trees weighted down with black, luscious berries this morning on the banks of Block House Pond in lovely historic Lewes-by-the-Sea. Only you and I and the ducks feasting on fallen berries know the secret whereabouts of these sweet, delicious, anti-oxidant gems.  Of course, you might have a mulberry tree on your street or right in your own backyard.  Don’t hesitate to eat them straight from the tree or add them to your breakfast bowl.  Enjoy!
