Current Rehoboth vision seems pretty good

July 11, 2014

Your reporters interviewed members of the business community on the Fourth of July weekend and the descriptions ranged from “best day we ever had” to “spectacular” to “just phenomenal and record setting” to “unbelievable” to “wonderful.” Which is great and a testimony to how well run and welcoming Rehoboth Beach is, and how preserving our unique atmosphere is an important asset.

As Tom McGlone and his backers continue their unremitting assault on Mayor Sam Cooper and the sitting city commissioners and the hardworking municipal employees, saying we need a “new vision,” whatever that is, I would submit the string of adjectives from the business community in your paper demonstrates the current vision seems pretty good.
