Summer networking night Aug. 14 at Lighthouse Cove

Urban Land Institute Philadelphia's Delaware Regional Satellite Council invites the public to a tour and happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 14, at Lighthouse Cove Dewey Beach, 1301 Coastal Highway, Dewey.

This special summer networking night offers a guided tour by Thomas J. Hanna, chief operating officer of Harvey, Hanna & Associates, followed by sunset on the bay at Que Pasa?, networking with colleagues, and delicious appetizers, with first two drinks included. Lighthouse Cove Dewey Beach is a multi-phase, mixed-use redevelopment project owned by Dewey Beach Enterprises. The new Hyatt Place Dewey Beach is part of the recently completed Phase 1 of the Lighthouse Cove Resort, which also includes 16 penthouse residences at Lighthouse Cove above the hotel and an expanded public bayside beach.

Phase 2, scheduled to begin in September, will include bayside condominiums, a conference and events center, retail, restaurant and office space, a public bay walk and more.
