Aarron Saldivar to exhibit at Upper Crust starting Aug. 4

The Upper Crust at 7 East Market St. in Georgetown will exhibit the works of photographer Aarron Saldivar beginning  Monday, Aug. 4. There will be a Meet the Artist reception from 12:30 to 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 21. Light refreshments will be served.  The exhibit will run until the end of August.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Saldivar now lives in Lewes and has always been a fan of the art world.  He studied photography at the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology and earned a degree in portrait photography. He developed his craft working at a local studio in Ohio and is now following his dream of owning his own business, Boardwalk Photography, www.boardwalkphotography.net.  Saldivar has experience with photography in a variety of settings and enjoys photographing wildlife and landscapes in his spare time.

The Upper Crust serves made-from-scratch baked goods, fair trade organic coffee, breakfast and lunch in a casual setting. Part of The Upper Crust’s commitment to the community is to offer a gallery space to local artists who might not otherwise have an opportunity to show their works.
