Beachcombers Corvette Club to host annual car show Aug. 16

The Beachcombers Corvette Club will host its annual car show from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 16, at 1st State Chevrolet on Route 113 in Georgetown.
This is the 15th year that the club's sponsor, 1st State Chevrolet, has hosted the show. There will be something for everyone to enjoy, as the event showcases all years, makes and models of vehicles.
Proceeds from this year’s show go directly to the USO Delaware. Well known to the community, USO Delaware is the premier nonprofit agency serving military personnel, specifically those at Dover Air Force Base.
