Hundreds turned out to pay their respects July 27 on the 61st anniversary of the cease-fire between North Korea and South Korea, a memorial to those lost in the Korean Conflict was unveiled at the Kent County Veterans Memorial Park in Dover.
Main speaker was Dr. Dan Coons, a Korean War veteran who served as an Army intelligence analyst. He is nationally known as the founder of the Airway Science Program at Delaware State University.
