Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes June Yoder to Milford Branch!

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the addition of June Yoder to the firm’s Milford Branch.

June has been a lifelong resident of Sussex County, Greenwood DE. June is married to Arnold Yoder and has 2 children and 8 grandchildren.  Arnold operates Arnold's Cabinet Shop in Greenwood specializing in Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry and Corian countertops since 1972.

Prior to entering the real estate industry in 1982, June owned and operated Shendora Beauty Salon in Greenwood.  Her real Estate career started with Randall Handy Real Estate. She later took her license to New Dimensions at Five Points in Lewes which then became Ackley Associates.  At that time she obtained her GRI designation.

She decided a shorter job commute was best and joined C-21 Lester-Tidwell Associates in Georgetown DE.  She stayed with Century-21 Tidwell Associates and took all the career path courses to obtain her Certified Residential Specialist designation.  She obtained her Brokers License while at Century-21 Tidwell Associates and left there to be the Broker of Record with Century-21 Blue Hen Realty in Dover DE.

In 1989 she joined Nanticoke Sales Company in Greenwood which later relocated to Seaford in the building that is now Coldwell Banker Resort Realty – Seaford.

In 1998, she joined Greenwood Realty and was grateful that she no longer had to commute to another town.

In 2000, she put my Real Estate License on hold at the commission and worked for Dover Windows and Doors who had relocated about 1/2 mile from her home.

June then worked for Exit First State Realty in Dover as bookkeeper, receptionist and settlement coordinator for all the agents.

In 2006, June learned that in order to use her Broker's license for an opportunity to be Broker of Record she would have to have been active for three years.  She then went with Greenwood Realty again where June had remained until the recent closing of the Greenwood Realty Office.

In her spare time, June enjoys attending British Car Shows with her husband.  Arnie has a robin egg blue 1962 TR3 Triumph.  The British Car Club meets monthly at Arena's in Georgetown.
