SUN GOLDS FOR BREAKFAST

Sweet, juicy gems on oatmeal and kale…that’s what I had for breakfast this morning.  Delicious!

Add a few blueberries, a sliced banana, a sprinkle of mashed flaxseeds, a helping of Nutty Nuggets on top of a scoop of uncooked rolled oats and a serving of chopped kale fresh from the garden.  Moisten with nondairy milk or juice and enjoy!

No meat, no dairy, no oil, no added sugar.  No aches, no pain, no weight gain, NO MEDS!
