Nate Myers & The Aces to perform Aug. 21 at Lewes Canalfront Park
The popular, crowd-pleasing band Nate Myers & The Aces will return to Lewes Canalfront Park at 7 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 21. The park is at 211 Front St. in historic Lewes.
This event is free and made possible through support of Friends of Lewes Canalfront Park and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Nate Myers & The Aces plays energetic, original music based in roots and blues, but the audience will also hear influences from many other forms of American music.
Led by vocalist Myers and his harmonica, the band has shared the stage with national artists including Kansas, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Johnny Winter, Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, Savoy Brown, and Robin Trower. The band creates a loose, casual atmosphere in which everyone can enjoy a beautiful summer evening on the banks of the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal.
Whether the audience prefers to sit back and listen or get up and dance, there is something for everyone. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and a picnic supper for a fun, free and final Concert by the Canal this summer.
