Field doubles at second annual BocceFest

August 20, 2014

A clear and sunny day set the stage for the second annual BocceFest tournament in Lewes. Twenty-four teams took to the open lawn at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to take part in the light-hearted, but competitive event.

Participants came from near and far to compete in the event, which doubled in size from last year's inaugural showing.

A full day of bocce, live music and an endless flow of Dogfish Head beer kept the mood cheerful and fun as players competed through most of the day.
