Local author Robert Siegel shares sports perspective in new golf book
In his entertaining new book on sports, “The Adventures of Jerry the Golf Ball,” author Robert Siegel provides readers a fun perspective about sports.
“The Adventures of Jerry the Golf Ball” is an entertaining book to be enjoyed by all - from young children to senior citizens - especially by anyone who has ever played golf.
The story is told from the perspective of a golf ball rather than a golfer. Jerry’s golfers get him into precarious situations; however, he always seems to get back into the game.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore or go to barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Siegel, after serving in the U.S. Navy, spent a number of years in the finance department of a large manufacturing firm, 10 years teaching high school business subjects, and also taught accounting and microeconomics at a local university.
