Soundwave Music Festival set for Sept. 11-13 in Berlin, Md.

Airlift Entertainment will present the Soundwave Music Festival Thursday to Saturday, Sept. 11-13 at Airlift Acres, just five miles outside Ocean City, Md. Airlift Acres is a 50-acre outdoor open-air venue with plenty of space for parking at 11039 Worcester Highway, behind Holy Trinity Church in Berlin, Md.

During this three-day rock festival, there will be great food from a variety of vendors, raffles, two autographed guitar giveaways,  games, pony rides, fortune tellers and helicopter rides. Live music will be provided by nationallly known touring acts such as Slaughter, KIX, L.A. Guns, Trixter and Saving Abel. Supporting national acts include Wayland, Lynam, Blameshift, Shallow Side, Station, Cold Gin (KISS), Another Lost Year, Never Thought, Saints of Rebellion, Kickin’ Valentia, Spider Rockets, Streetlight Circus, Seven Ten Oil and Korupt!

K-Rock of Mid Atlantic Rock Reviews will be the guest MC throughout the three-day festival. Great Scott Broadcasting will also be on site doing a live radio broadcast.

All guests are encouraged to bring low-back lawn chairs or blankets to set up and enjoy this festival in one of the most unique outdoor venues around.

This event is sponsored by the Law Enforcement Officers Safeguarding America Foundation Inc. and cosponsored by Royal Plus, 98Rock of Baltimore and Bliss Salon and Spa. This event is an all-ages show and offers a great opportunity to help support the L.E.O.S.A. Foundation and other various local and deserving charities.

Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day. One-day general admission tickets are $45; three-day general admission tickets are $110; one-day VIP passes are $75 and three-day VIP passes are $180. (Saturday VIP passes are already sold out).
