Coldwell Banker Resort Realty names July top producers
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces the firm’s top producers for July. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent, top selling agent and top overall agent was Skip Faust. For the Lewes branch, the top listing agent and top selling agent was the Ruth Sivils/Debra Waters team. The top overall agent was Kathy DeGrange.
Faust, a licensed realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s No. 1 agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 18 consecutive years and is a member of the President’s International Gold Circle, ranking him in the top 5 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach and mentor with both Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.
Ruth Sivils and Debra Waters recently joined the Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Lewes Branch and have successfully worked as a team to serve their clients' needs. Sivils, a licensed realtor since 2003 and associate broker since 2010, is past president and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
Waters, licensed since 2005, has been active as a realtor and a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors Sussex County Chapter. She is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together and has been very successful doing so.
DeGrange, a licensed realtor since 1987, currently holds Maryland and Delaware real estate licenses. She is involved in Read Aloud Delaware and the Village Improvement Association.
