1. The average worker bee (an all-female workforce) lives just 5-6 weeks.
2. During their lifetime, that worker bee only produces one twelfth of a teaspoon of honey.
3. Together, they produce 2-3 times the amount of honey that the hive needs. Lucky for those of us who love honey!
