Here at Active Adults Realty, we started using Zoom for our staff meetings over a year ago. Now, Zoom is almost a generic term!
Our agents live all over Delaware and it just made sense to have regular Zoom meetings which didn’t require team members to spend another few hours driving to Lewes to meet in our conference room. When the pandemic emergency has passed, we will continue to meet weekly on Zoom and get together perhaps every other month in-person.
For all of our real estate transactions, we switched to using an online platform called Ziplogix. If you have bought or sold a home with Active Adults Realty in the past year or two, you know that almost all real estate documents can be e-signed now, with the one exception of the buyer side of the actual real estate settlement.
